Job Summary

Lead and motivate the kitchen team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to Chick-fil-A recipes and food safety guidelines. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and assembly while managing break and scheduling assistance in accordance with state and local laws. Ensure continuous cleaning throughout the shift, monitor inventory levels, and maintain kitchen equipment per manufacturer guidelines. Train new team members on procedures and safety protocols, and resolve operational challenges promptly. This non-exempt hourly role requires flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
