Job Summary
Lead the Back of House / Kitchen as part of Chick-fil-A Woodburn's Leadership Team, partnering with the Operator to manage all BOH operations in line with the restaurant’s Vision and Mission. Deliver high quality food consistently while developing the BOH team. Key duties include weekly scheduling for 25+ BOH team members, supervising ordering and inventory, assisting in hiring and development, ensuring preventive maintenance and cleanings, upholding food safety and quality standards, driving cross-functional collaboration with other departments, and leading monthly BOH leadership meetings. Requires full-time availability (Mon-Sat; open to close) with a minimum of 20 hours per week in restaurant operations. Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills, with a focus on food safety, process orientation, and bilingual capability in English and Spanish preferred. Pay range $52,000–$82,000 annually with benefits, plus opportunities for leadership development and training.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of food service related Executive Leadership experience required
- Chick-fil-A experience highly desirable
- Full availability is required (Mon-Sat; open to close)
- Ability to effectively communicate all Kitchen related goals and success factors
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food safety
- Fun, outgoing, energetic personality
- High level of professional and personal accountability and ownership
- Ability and eagerness to mentor younger team members and to have a positive impact on their professional development
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Detailed, organized and process-oriented
