Job Summary
Directs back-of-house operations for a Chick-fil-A fast-food restaurant, coaching and developing the team, ensuring adherence to food-service standards, coordinating with the front-of-house team to meet customer expectations, and overseeing inventory and operational reporting (Profit and Labor). Responsible for training and supervising staff, implementing process improvements, and ensuring smooth BOH shifts; requires leadership, conflict-resolution, and strong organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in food service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management is required.
- Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Open Availability preferred. Friday and Saturday availability required.
