Job Summary
Back of House Crew Member – Evenings and Weekends: Join Culver’s BOH team to help prepare ButterBurgers and guest favorites in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities include interior/exterior maintenance, appearance of the restaurant and grounds, stock rotation, monitoring shelf life and dates, operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, and completing scheduled maintenance. Evening and weekend availability required. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and delivering a great guest experience.
Required Qualifications

- Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
- Put food orders away and rotate stock in the cooler, freezer, and dry storage area
- Monitor shelf life and code dates
- Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
- Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
