Job Summary
Back of House Coordinator at Market Mall (Calgary, AB). Responsibilities include supporting Front of House by pulling in-store customer requests; leading day-to-day stockroom operations with accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness; handling inventory to support profitability through timely receipt, handling, and organization of merchandise; end-to-end daily e-commerce order processing (picking, packing, shipping) direct to customers; daily communication with customer service and stores via Slack and email; reducing store shrinkage by researching discrepancies and resolving issues; daily use of the inventory system. Required: 2+ years retail/stockroom experience; Shopify experience beneficial; weekend flexibility; strong verbal/written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required
- Experience with Shopify platform beneficial
- Flexibility to work weekends
