Job Summary
Back of House Coordinator at Market Mall, Calgary. Key duties include supporting Front of House in pulling in-store customer requests, leading daily stockroom operations with accurate labeling and organization, managing end-to-end inventory and in-store stock, receiving and handling merchandise, processing e-commerce orders (picking, packing, shipping), maintaining communication with customer service via Slack and email, and reducing store shrinkage through discrepancy investigation and problem-solving. Requires 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience; Shopify experience is beneficial. Must be flexible to work weekends. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication, solid computer and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and be proactive and organized.
