Job Summary
Back of House Coordinator at JD Sports Canada (Mayfair Shopping Centre, Victoria, BC). You will lead day-to-day stockroom operations, ensure accurate labelling and organized stock, manage merchandise inventory end-to-end, process and ship e-commerce orders, communicate with customer service and stores, and work to reduce shrinkage through investigating inventory discrepancies. The role requires at least 2+ years of retail/stockroom experience, comfort with Shopify, weekend availability, strong written/verbal communication, solid computer and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive organization. This on-site role is paid hourly and involves coordinating inventory and stockroom activities to support store operations.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with Shopify platform beneficial
