Job Summary
Back of House Coordinator at JD Sports Canada responsible for supporting Front of House, leading day-to-day stockroom operations (labelling, placement, cleanliness), managing inventory and end-to-end daily e-commerce orders (processing, picking, packing, shipping), and daily communication with customer service and stores. Requires 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience, Shopify familiarity, weekend flexibility, strong verbal/written communication, solid computer and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, organized approach to ensure inventory accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and support retail operations. On-site role at Carrefour Angrignon, LaSalle, QC (part-time, permanent).
