Job Summary
Hands-on overnight production leader responsible for doughnut production, quality control, recipe adherence, labor and cost control, sanitation, staff supervision, and opening readiness. The role includes leading BOH teams, adjusting production pars, enforcing recipe adherence, conducting quality control checks, managing inventory, controlling waste and food costs, coaching staff, and troubleshooting production issues. Candidate must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs, and be prepared to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bakery or high-volume kitchen leadership experience
- Supervised teams of at least 15 staff
- ServSafe certified (active)
- Valid Food Handler card (not expired)
- Able to work overnight shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual — fluent in English and Spanish
- Experienced with ordering, receiving, pars, and inventory control
- Skilled in troubleshooting, coaching, and staff development
