Job Summary
Back of House AM Manager leads the breakfast and lunch kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, inventory management, and cost control. They oversee the BOH department, coach assistant managers, enforce policies, maintain daily checklists, and drive a positive dining experience aligned with the Winning Hearts Everyday strategy. Responsibilities include managing shifts, coordinating with the PM BOH manager, running a biweekly manager meeting cadence, monitoring productivity and customer experience metrics, and collaborating with the Director team on monthly goals. The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, customer service focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant environment.
