Back-end Medical Office Staff

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision, open and close the studio to standard including full inventory counts, and maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard. Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules, coordinating breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls. Monitor and restock supplies proactively, maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and treatment records, and support the front desk by checking patients in and out. Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory. This operational role ensures every provider performs flawlessly and every tray is ready before it's needed, supporting NAKED MD's mission to redefine beauty through honest, intentional experiences.
