Back-end Medical Office Staff

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision, open and close the studio to standard, and maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable, identical standard. Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules, while monitoring and restocking supplies proactively. Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records. Uphold every patient's dignity and support the front desk by checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs flexibility. This operational role requires Friday and Saturday availability and demands a calm, kind presence with strong organizational skills in a fast-moving aesthetic environment.
