Back-end Medical Office Staff

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision, open and close the studio to standard including full inventory counts, and maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an impeccable standard. Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to ensure schedule continuity, monitor and restock supplies proactively, and maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and treatment records. Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed, checking patients in and out and stepping in wherever the team requires flexibility. This operational role demands Friday and Saturday availability and requires a calm, kind presence with strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, as is an MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license, though a genuine willingness to learn is valued.
