Back-End Java Developer - Remote

Job Summary
Develop software solutions to client requirements using efficient, reusable, and reliable code while understanding interactions between software components. Work within an agile team through pair programming, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies including backlog refinement, planning, demos, and retrospectives. Support project governance by fully documenting solutions and fixes. This role targets medium and senior Java developers with 2+ years of experience on the Java and Spring stack, requiring a college degree and fluency in English. Candidates must be willing to visit the office in Murcia for up to five days quarterly. The position is full-time and remote-only, with an attractive salary package and career development training.
Required Qualifications
- College / university degree, Bacc. Ing. Comp (or similar through experience)
- +2/5 years of experience in Java stack (Java, Spring, ) on commercial projects
- Good level of English or willing to improve/learn
- Willing to go to the office in Murcia for max 5 days on a quarterly base
Desired Qualifications
- Front-end experience using Javascript / Angular / React
