Back End Engineer

End-to-end ownership of key features in a microservices environment; implement event-driven solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, availability and security; design and implement efficient, modular, testable code; participate in daily stand-ups, retros, and sprint planning; ensure development work adheres to standards and supports timely delivery; take ownership of deployments, logging, metrics, and alerts to maintain production reliability; collaborate with architecture and leadership to adopt best practices across the SDLC; ongoing contribution to coding practices and CI/CD processes; strong background with cloud platforms (Azure), C#, messaging buses/systems, and SQL/NoSQL persistence; solid understanding of software design, development and testing best practices; autonomous collaboration within fast-paced teams.
