Job Summary
Participate in Wraparound meetings to support youth and family engagement in care planning. Assist in facilitating connections between youth, families, schools, and community resources. Provide direct support through skills coaching and activities to promote positive behavioral change. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care strategies. Learn documentation practices, case planning, and advocacy skills specific to youth mental health services. This internship serves youth with mental health diagnoses experiencing severe behavioral disruptions through an evidence-based, collaborative cross-system approach to creative problem-solving.
