Job Summary
The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker provides essential support in implementing treatment plans for youth with mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs, aiming to enhance their functioning within the family. Responsibilities include collaborating with an In-Home Therapist, teaching youth emotional management skills, developing risk management plans, facilitating family therapy, coordinating community resources, and providing crisis intervention. A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field and at least one year of relevant experience are required, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
