Job Summary
Provide 1:1 counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, skilled group work, family meetings, and connect patients to community resources within a milieu environment. Manage admissions and discharge planning through internal and external referral sources. This full-time night shift position requires every other weekend rotation and 40 hours weekly. Candidates must have at least one year of mental health field experience, preferably in crisis units. The Cypress Center offers a supportive, inclusive workplace with a 5k sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, and supervision toward clinical licensure.
Required Qualifications
- At least one full year working in the mental health field
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field
- Commitment to teamwork
- Self-Starter, Independent
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners
- Night shift availability
- Every other weekend availability
