Job Summary
Operate BACA machines in a fast-paced fabrication setting, loading/unloading parts, loading programs, and performing preventative maintenance. Maintain tooling alignment, perform quality checks, assist with materials handling using an overhead crane, and participate in production studies to improve efficiency. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work as part of a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment
- Some software and programming knowledge
- Experience with cutting and polishing tools
- Detail oriented
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Good math skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to operate overhead crane
