Job Summary
Independent childcare opportunity with Wellthy: caregivers manage their own schedule, choosing from child-care opportunities (toddlers to older kids) and getting paid directly. Earn $15–$30 per hour, with on-demand, gig-style work you select around your life. Responsibilities include keeping kids engaged and safe, assisting with routines (meals, naps, homework), and meeting client needs. Onboarding includes Trust & Safety checks and compliance standards. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts)
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
