Job Summary
Conduct three-dimensional, 360° imaging of infants using the DSi® Digital Surface Imaging system while calibrating and maintaining equipment. Schedule new and follow-up appointments in Intergy, manage patient information entry, and handle medical office duties including phone answering and room cleaning. Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families, traveling to other California clinics as needed with all expenses covered. Requires squatting, lifting 30 lbs, and handling patients to capture images in a fast-paced environment. Position starts at $19.50–$20.00 hourly with a performance-based levels program.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment
- Capability to juggle many duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority
- Experience in one of the following; caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, medical imaging
- Must be able to squat and bend
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
- Must be able move at a fast pace
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be open to traveling to other clinics in California (Riverside, Temecula, Irvine, Whittier)
