Job Summary
Conduct three-dimensional, 360° imaging of infants using the DSi® Digital Surface Imaging system while calibrating and maintaining equipment. Schedule new and follow-up appointments in Intergy, enter patient information, and manage medical office duties including phone answering and room cleaning. Provide outstanding customer service to all patients and families. Requires ability to squat, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs to position and handle patients for optimal image capture. Schedule starts at $17.50–$18.00 per hour with a performance-based levels program. Full-time, onsite role in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment
- Capability to juggle many duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority
- Experience in one of the following; caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, medical imaging
- Must be able to squat and bend
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
- Must be able move at a fast pace
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Several of our successful Baby Imaging Specialists have come from childcare environments (i.e., daycare, nanny, etc.), educational backgrounds (i.e., teacher, preschool, etc.), and high-end retail settings
