Job Summary
Conduct three-dimensional, 360° imaging of infants using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system while providing outstanding customer service to patients and families. Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of the DSi® equipment, and manage patient scheduling and information entry within the Intergy practice management software. Perform medical office duties including answering phones and cleaning patient rooms. This role requires the ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs to position and handle patients for imaging. Candidates must be energetic, tech-savvy, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with experience in childcare, education, or retail. Cranial Technologies is the global leader in treating plagiocephaly and correcting infant ear shapes with non-invasive solutions like the DOC Band® and EarWell®.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment
- Capability to juggle many duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority
- Experience in one of the following; caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, medical imaging
- Must be able to squat and bend
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi images are captured
- Must be able move at a fast pace
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must be available for onsite work in Kansas City, MO
