Budget Analyst V provides advanced technical and consultative support to the Branch Manager, leads budget planning and forecasting activities, oversees financial analyses, coordinates budgeting processes, and guides staff in compliance with federal/state rules. The role requires leadership in budget development and execution, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with 50% telework availability. Telework eligibility and a 50/50 onsite/remote schedule are described, along with travel up to 5%.
