Job Summary
DXC Technology needs a mid-level Infrastructure/IT Operations professional in Shanghai to provide basic technical support, contribute to infrastructure projects, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems, assist in incident logging and documentation, and develop foundational technical skills. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years in infrastructure-related roles, experience in infrastructure technology analysis, and proficiency in data analysis; certifications such as CompTIA A+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are a plus. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, adherence to best practices, collaboration with the team, and ongoing growth in a technical discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficiencies in data analysis and a basic understanding of technical concepts
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, are a plus
