Job Summary
Senior Industrial Engineer to analyze production processes, reduce waste, lead productivity-improvement projects, implement engineering solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. Requires Lean Six Sigma certification, experience with ERP/VMS systems (SAP, Oracle, SFDC), and degrees in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering. Preferred 5 to 10 years of experience in driving continuous improvement, utilizing data analytics for decision-making, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with ERP/VMS systems (SAP, ORACLE, SFDC)
- 5-10 years preferred
- Senior-level engineering role with leadership responsibilities
