Job Summary
B3 Grant Project Manager leads the development and implementation of the B3 grant, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met, and coordinates the partnership between Thom Child Services and Horizons for Homeless Children to ensure timely access to services for infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays. Responsibilities include managing communication, tracking progress, resolving challenges, maintaining an integrated project plan and roadmap, monitoring KPIs and budgets, facilitating cross-agency coordination, governance leadership, risk and issue management, performance reporting, and documenting best practices to create a replicable model for future early education initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of PM experience; PMP or comparable certification preferred. This is a 40-hour, full-time, onsite position at 1785 Columbus Ave, Roxbury, MA, with a grant-funded term through Dec 2028 and potential extension if funding allows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, including cross-functional or interagency partnerships.
- PMP or comparable project management certification preferred
- Experience in child services, early intervention, or related human services settings preferred.
