B2C Sales Advisor - Hyderabad

Job Summary
Manage portfolio of retail customers (retailers, independent & branded workshops) and coordinate sales activities through authorized distributor/reseller network in assigned territory; travel across various locations in India to develop markets. Implement marketing programs and promotions through distributors/resellers; conduct periodic business reviews; track distribution and market share to meet growth objectives; build and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and key customers; monitor market conditions and provide feedback to enhance offers; handle enquiries, disputes, and claims with cross-functional support; train distributors and their sales staff; requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; willingness to travel; Engineers or MBAs in Marketing preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering OR Sales OR Marketing OR Commerce from a recognized university (with CGPA 7 and above)
- Minimum 3 and maximum of 10 yrs of total work experience in B2C/ Retail Sales in Automotive, FMCG, Paints or similar trade.
- Willing to travel
