Job Summary
Lead technical discovery workshops, platform assessments, and architecture advisory engagements to act as the primary technical advisor on headless and composable commerce solutions. Translate business goals into detailed technical designs, architect end-to-end e-commerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and create comprehensive documentation. Provide a point of view on AI-enabled commerce use cases including conversational commerce and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities. Lead development teams by conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing the full delivery lifecycle from design to post-launch support. Identify performance bottlenecks and design integrations with third-party systems leveraging Salesforce Commerce APIs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce architecture
- 2+ years of pre-sales solutioning
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Expert understanding of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud platform
- Expert understanding of data models
- Expert understanding of PIG environments
- Experience with Salesforce PWA Kit
- Experience with headless storefront implementations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Storefront Next architecture
- Proficiency in React.js
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Proficiency in HTML5
- Proficiency in CSS3
- Proficiency in GraphQL
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs
