Job Summary
Senior B2B Sales Leader responsible for building and leading Alliance Mobile’s Business Sales organization, driving new business acquisition, revenue growth, and account retention across SMB segments. Leads a team of Business Account Executives, coaches performance, develops scalable processes, and engages in executive-level customer conversations. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, setting market growth strategies, managing CRM and forecasts, and aligning with cross-functional teams to achieve quota attainment and customer satisfaction. Travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, wireless, technology, or related industries
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching abilities
- Ability to influence and build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and access to a personal vehicle for travel
