Job Summary
Hands-on SAP B2B integrations role focusing on end-to-end EDI and external partner interfaces. You’ll be the go-to expert for SAP B2B and SD-related issues, ensuring business-critical transactions flow reliably from order to delivery. Responsibilities include supporting SAP B2B integrations including EDI, monitoring and resolving interface issues between SAP and trading partners, providing functional support across SAP SD (order processing, pricing, billing, delivery), gathering requirements and delivering functional specifications for enhancements, supporting testing, upgrades, and project implementations, and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance) while liaising with external vendors and trading partners. Desirable SAP SD certification or related qualification. The role emphasizes identifying opportunities to improve performance, automation and reliability and requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP B2B integrations and SAP SD
- Strong understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and integration platforms
- Solid knowledge of order-to-cash processes
- Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
