Job Summary
The B2B Sales Supervisor will lead a sales team focused on an Ads sales program, guiding the team in day-to-day operations, coaching, and mentoring to improve skills and processes. This role requires identifying growth opportunities and implementing improvements while ensuring expectations are clearly defined. The candidate should possess strong sales leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and be able to develop and maintain client relationships. Key responsibilities include preparing business reviews, handling escalations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales & product development experience in technology, advertising, and/or internet
- 1-2+ years of experience leading a team
- Proven capability to develop and deliver a joined up business strategy
- Ability to open up and develop successful and long term business opportunities and relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in leading a call center sales team
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills
