Job Summary
Manage national account sales operations for major retail partners including Costco, Ulta, and Target by overseeing purchase order tracking, allocation, and fulfillment coordination. Monitor sell-in, sell-through, and inventory health while supporting line reviews, seasonal programs, and promotional execution. Assist in demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and pricing adjustments to optimize inventory levels and margins. Monitor retailer deductions, chargebacks, and claims, then coordinate with Finance to reconcile invoices and track trade spend. Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports, analyze trends, and support executive presentations on KPIs such as sales growth and inventory turns. Coordinate with Brand and Marketing partners on pricing, packaging, and retail activations to improve internal workflows. Requires Korean bilingual proficiency and 3–5 years of B2B sales operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Korean
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales operations, wholesale, or retail management
- Strong Excel proficiency (advanced functions, pivot tables required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with major national retailers
- ERP experience
- Beauty, cosmetics, or CPG distribution
- Experience with retail programs (TPD, co-op, IMU, promotional planning)
- Knowledge of retailer compliance, chargebacks, and deduction processes
- Understanding of margin analysis and working capital impact
