Job Summary
Hall’s Culligan B2B Sales Manager drives revenue growth and customer acquisition for a water-treatment dealership by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. The role uses market insights and product knowledge to shape strategy, partners with marketing to amplify sales efforts, and maintains local relationships to build brand visibility. Responsibilities include attaining yearly budget goals for the sales team, forecasting revenue, proactively managing hiring and retention, coaching on presentations and objections, conducting ride-alongs to reinforce product knowledge, and aligning internal resources to drive results. The position involves managing CRM data, developing strategic plans across product lines, supporting local events and community partnerships, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Work is performed both at the dealership and in the field across the assigned territory, with extensive travel and varying environments, including driving and handling physical tasks as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience developing marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using a CRM platform
- Must pass/maintain an acceptable driving record
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions or limitations
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening checks per company requirements
