Job Summary

Strategic, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead development and expansion of our dealer network and outside sales organization. This role is responsible for establishing new relationships with dealers, builders, and key B2B partners while building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing outside sales team across multiple territories. Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion; recruit, train, and manage Outside Sales Representatives; set sales targets and monitor performance; collaborate with marketing and leadership to align initiatives; travel to meet clients and partners; maintain strong relationships with B2B clients including dealers and builders.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, dealer networks, or distribution channels
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
  • Willingness to travel frequently
