Job Summary
Associate Director, B2B Sales GTM & Sales Enablement – Americas will shape the B2B Sales GTM strategy for the Americas, drive sales enablement across the region, target priority accounts, and collaborate across sales, solutions, and account teams to strengthen pipeline momentum and deal quality. Responsibilities include defining and evolving regional GTM strategy, supporting high-value sales pursuits, developing training and ramp-up approaches, coaching teams, contributing to solutioning, RFPs, bids, and client presentations, and communicating compelling B2B value propositions for new logos and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Requires 5+ years in B2B sales or related roles, experience in sales operations, enablement, GTM strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills and an entrepreneurial, proactive attitude. The base salary range is USD 100k–120k, plus incentives; remote work is available in the US with GA-based location context noted.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or closely related commercial roles
- Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, GTM strategy, inside sales and business development
- Ability to build and support practical go-to-market strategies
- Experience enabling teams to improve pipeline progression and commercial performance
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful
- Able to take initiative, create structure, and move work forward
