Job Summary
Business Development Representative for commercial roofing services in the Albany/Schenectady, NY area. Build and manage relationships with roofing clients and key accounts using a consultative sales approach; identify opportunities to generate new business, negotiate contracts, deliver client presentations, and coordinate with Service and Production teams to ensure timely project handoffs. Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory, analyze customer and competitor data to inform sales strategy, attend industry events and trade shows, and collaborate with Marketing on lead generation. Requires 3–5 years of construction or commercial roofing sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to travel throughout the territory, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Base salary is 65k plus commissions, with full benefits and a work vehicle."
