Job Summary

Drive B2B sales for large enterprise accounts in Malaysia, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline development to revenue growth, including executive-level engagement, RFP/RFQ processes, tailored proposals, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value across long enterprise deals.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Enterprise B2B sales / business development (targeting large organizations)
  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions into enterprises (consultative selling)
  • Strong track record of revenue attainment (new logo and/or expansion preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and longer enterprise sales cycles
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a targeted pipeline (CRM-driven)
  • Lead RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise deal cycles (solution positioning, commercials, contracting)
  • Develop account strategies, multi-thread stakeholders, and manage long sales cycles
