Job Summary
Cluster Manager leading multiple sales teams within the AI platform division at Teleperformance. Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet objectives, drive growth, manage client relationships, and oversee inbound operations. Mentor and coach Sales Strategists, analyze market trends, track performance, and deliver business reviews to executives. Requires strong leadership, analytical, and strategic-planning skills, and will be based onsite in Downtown Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement. Role includes travel within the primary location and collaboration with senior stakeholders to optimize account management and partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in technology or AI sales (3-4 years)
- Minimum 2 years overseeing sales operations
- Experience in sales leadership and coaching
- Analytical proficiency with performance metrics (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel)
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales frameworks for client partnerships
- Experience mentoring and coaching Sales Strategists specializing in digital advertising
