Job Summary
B2B Sales Account Executive – Mobility responsible for proactively selling AT&T mobility solutions to small and mid-market businesses within the assigned territory. Lead generation through external networks, cold calls, and door knocking; conduct client visits in the field and collaborate with the office when not in the field. Develop new accounts and expand existing ones through consultative selling, uncovering client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and responding to RFPs. Requires a hunter mindset, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based commission with earnings potential ranging from $93,300 to $147,500 at target, and up to $225,000+ for high achievers.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years outside sales and/or B2B sales experience
- valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- experience with mobility products and services (telecom)
- proficiency with CRM systems and sales-funnel management
