Job Summary

B2B Sales Account Executive – Fiber at AT&T in Appleton, WI. Responsible for proactively selling AT&T mobility solutions and fiber-based broadband to small and mid-market businesses within an assigned territory, including hunting for new leads via external networks, cold calling, and door knocking. Will engage clients through field visits and collaborate with the office when not in the field. Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, account development, consultative selling, proposal development (RFP responses), and designing strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue. Requires a hunter mindset, strong networking and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based commission with a range typically $88,100 to $109,700 at 100% target and potential earnings up to $225,000+ for high achievers.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience
  • valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
  • ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • experience with fiber broadband technology and mobility products/services
  • proficiency with CRM systems and sales funnel management
