Job Summary
B2B Sales Account Executive responsible for hunting new business and conducting client visits in the field within an assigned territory for AT&T mobility solutions and fiber-based broadband. Prospecting through external networks, cold calling, and door-knocking to generate leads, develop new accounts, and expand existing ones. Deliver tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to small and mid-market businesses, building long-term relationships and collaborating with the team from the office when not in the field. Requires a hunter mindset, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license to meet transportation needs. Compensation includes a base salary with a performance-based commission, typical earnings between $96,800 and $154,100 annually, with potential higher earnings through commissions. Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience
- experience with fiber broadband technology and mobility products
- valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
- proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- CRM experience and sales funnel management
