Job Summary
Contract remote B2B SaaS sales recruiter for an experienced SDR/AE/AM recruiting function. Own full-cycle recruiting across the sales organization, including high-volume SDR searches and precision IC searches for AEs and Account Managers. Partner with sales leadership on leveling, comp benchmarking, and hiring plans; build sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, referrals, networking, outbound); run structured interview processes with scorecards and debriefs; coach hiring managers on interviewing and selling the company; represent the client culture to candidates, including early-career SDR talent. Remote (US) with preferred locations Chicago or Denver. Estimated 6-month assignment with potential contract-to-hire. $75/hr. Proficiency with Greenhouse, pipeline health metrics, and AI workflows is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting with a track record of hiring SDRs, SDR leadership, AEs, and/or Account Management in B2B SaaS/travel tech/fintech
