Job Summary
Generate leads, opportunities, and appointments in tandem with the Inside Sales Team by leveraging Buildingstars sales methodology to identify customer problems and create customized service programs. Engage internal resources to implement best-in-class solutions, prepare detailed contracts based on customer needs including space measurements and pricing, and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue consistently using the CRM while attending weekly meetings with the Regional Director and Inside Sales Representatives. Requires minimum of one year of B2B outside sales experience in a service industry. Base salary of $60k with uncapped commission targeting $80k-$90k first year, plus company car, phone, laptop, and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B Outside Sales experience
- Prior experience selling B2B contracts in a service industry
- Solid business acumen and understanding of how to manage a sales pipeline and process
- Able to create strong relationships with prospective Buildingstars customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to succeed in a results-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal skills (in-person and on the phone), as well as listening and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Maintain a stellar relationship with Leadership, Sales and Operations peers in the organization
- Utilize the CRM and our Buildingstars sales methodology for effective prospecting, creating opportunities, managing sales pipeline and accurately forecasting revenue on a consistent basis
