B2B Outside Sales Rep - San Diego

Outside Sales Rep responsible for acquiring new corporate accounts in a defined Southern California territory (San Diego to Orange County). Travel daily within the territory to promote Cutter & Buck and New Wave Group products to new and existing accounts, develop relationships with client sales personnel, and drive revenue growth. Maintain records of sales and prospecting activities, collaborate with Customer Service, Embroidery Development, and Sales Operations, participate in regional tradeshows, and assist with market strategy by monitoring competitive products. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to present materials in group settings, knowledge of Cutter & Buck products and textile terms, and proficiency with MS Office; willingness to travel, manage expenses, and adapt to a dynamic sales environment. Education and experience include a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field and at least one year of sales experience; valid driver’s license and the ability to reside in the assigned territory.
