Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound communications with Sinhala-speaking B2B customers in Tel Aviv, driving the full sales operation cycle from first contact to long-term retention. Responsibilities include promoting/remitting salary cards and upgrades, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring first transfer, activating salary cards on-site at customer locations (and airport arrivals), and proactively engaging existing customers to maximize activity and organic growth. Requires excellent Sinhala and good English, with experience in outbound sales or field-based customer engagement, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.
