Job Summary
B2B Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for owning an individual new-business quota (~$1M ARR), qualifying opportunities, conducting value-led discovery, and holding price without discounting. Drive the full sales cycle from qualification to close, forecast a trustworthy pipeline, and partner with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success. Must generate their own pipeline, use a modern tech stack for prospecting, articulate ROI in dollars, and close deals at list price. Role emphasizes autonomy, ownership of pipeline, and growth into larger, strategic deals as the company scales. Compensation includes $160K+ OTE with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Full-cycle new-business quota experience
- Proven ability to Maintain and grow pipeline with high-quality forecasting
- Ability to articulate value and ROI to senior marketing/revenue buyers
- Self-sourcing pipeline and ability to close independently
- Experience with modern tech stack for prospecting (e.g., Apollo, ChatGPT) and CRM
