Job Summary
Grow Hedepy for Business in Poland by building and developing the Polish marketing communication strategy, planning content and events calendars, organizing webinars and offline events for clients and HR partners, managing LinkedIn and expert content creation, collaborating with international B2B teams, coordinating SEO and performance agencies, working with design/UX, analyzing campaigns, and partnering with Sales and Customer Success on joint initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
- Native or fluent Polish (C1+)
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Hands-on experience with Canva, MailerLite, Google Analytics and Figma
- Proven experience organizing both online and offline events (webinars, conferences, meetups)
- Strong analytical skills
- Active use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as part of daily workflow
- Able to work on a B2B contract
