Job Summary
Monitor daily inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, and inventory accuracy for B2B operations. Manage inventory allocation based on customer orders, sales priorities, and business requirements while tracking incoming shipments, purchase orders, and pending allocations. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory adjustments. Prepare and maintain inventory reports, investigate variances, and support cycle counts and reconciliation processes. Maintain accurate data in ERP or WMS systems and communicate status updates to internal teams. Assist in developing control procedures and supporting product launch and seasonal planning. Bilingual Korean/English required with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing, or order fulfillment
- Bilingual Korean/English
- Strong experience in B2B inventory operations, including inventory allocation management, replenishment coordination, forecasting support, retailer/vendor coordination, and cross-functional inventory operations
- Experience supporting inventory planning, product availability management, backorder management, and operational coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review inventory data and identify issues or trends
- High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records, reporting, and system updates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, WMS, or inventory management software
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, vendors, and distribution partners
