Job Summary
Own the creation of interactive and experiential B2B marketing assets for employer and broker audiences; develop assets such as product demonstration videos, interactive reports and brochures, calculators, microsites, and tailored website components that help employer buyers self-educate and move toward sales engagement. Manage an interactive asset calendar aligned with thought leadership themes and campaigns; partner with Digital Marketing to design, launch, and optimize on-site experiences that personalize content; oversee LinkedIn content strategy and amplification; define and track success metrics (engagement, completion rates, influenced pipeline, sales usage, participation); use data and feedback from sales and client-facing teams to continuously refine assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 Years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, experience marketing, or product marketing
- 1 year of media production experience
- Experience with dot.vu or similar software (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in enterprise b2b SaaS or services, HR technology or benefits (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of interactive asset design tools and mediums (microsites, short-form video, social posts)
- Analytical mindset and ability to track performance of assets
